Account holders can come and visit our Cash n Carry area which is by appointment only.
If you have purchased our plants from a nursery and have any questions about general care, take a look at our plants page, otherwise, we recommend speaking to the nursery you purchased your plants from for personalised information, suited to your location.

Returns process
If you have any issues or concerns with your order please contact us within 24hrs of receiveing your delivery via email nursery@biemond.com.au or call (03) 5964 4830 during office hours.
Delivery
Biemond Nurseries delivers plants throughout Victoria, South Australia, Queensland, Tasmania and New South Wales.
Minimum orders and freight charges do apply so please click below for this information.
For any discrepancies with your delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
For regional South Australia and some country areas in New South Wales, freight is covered only into the capital city. The customer is required to cover their own freight and cartons when an on-forwarder is required.
We can also arrange for stock to be delivered into Queensland and Tasmania, please contact the nursery for more information, as deliveries are less frequent.
