How we recycle water

As you can imagine, growing plants uses a lot of water!

In order to produce our plants sustainably, we utilise the large catchment area we have on our greenhouse roofs. 

When it rains, the water is saved and kept in our dam.

When it comes time to irrigate, we only use water from our dam.
